A. You simply go to the properties
    marked Food & Beverage offer.
    These properties offer 2 people 2
    Free Nights accommodation by simply
    purchasing Breakfast and Dinner
    each day of your stay at the
    Nominated Spend Levels.

Q. Why is this a good deal? A. In most cases when people go away
    for a short weekend away they at
    least purchase a breakfast and
    dinner anyway, with us simply by
    dining at our properties and not
    elsewhere you will receive 2 Free
    Nights Accommodation.
Q. Will the prices for the
     meals be inflated to cover
     the accommodation?
A. Absolutely Not ! Our properties ask
    that you spend a minimum nominated
    amount on your meals and how you
    spend it is totally up to you, No
    Inflated Prices and No Set Menu's.
Q. I normally don't have
     B/fast, can I still take
     advantage of this offer?
A. If you are not a morning person then
    that is fine, simply transfer the
    amount over towards your dinner
    and you can still take advantage of
    this offer.

Q. Not all properties are
     showing the Food and
     Beverage offer.

A. This is because they are not
    participating with such an offer as in
    most cases they wouldn't have
    restaurant facilities. Having said that
    they will be offering another fabulous
    offer such as the 2 for 1 offer or one
    of their great specials.
Q. How does a 2 For 1 Offer
     work?
A. This is very simple, you get 2 Nights
    accommodation for the price of 1 No
    Meals No Catches. All you do is
    purchase the first nights
    accommodation at the nominated
    rate and the second night is free.
    Please note that in most cases the
    nominated rate is the rack rate which
    is an all year round rate not to be
    confused with web specials and so
    forth as they have no bearing on the
    rack rate.
Q. What do you mean by
     Special Offer?
A. The Special Offer applies to all
    properties that do not have offers
    under Food & Beverage &/or 2 For 1
    Offer. A special offer can be an
    extended stay at a particular place
    for a reduced rate &/or may include
    other benefits e.g. 20% of your
    meals during your stay.
Q. How do I make a
     booking?
A. In your welcome pack you would
    have received vouchers that will
    need to be completed and sent off to
    our office for processing. A minimum
    14 days notice is required. Please
    post the signed and completed
    original voucher to: PO BOX 856,
    NORTH SYDNEY NSW 2059. Once the
    voucher is received our booking
    department will process the booking
    and normally will get back to you
    within 7 working days of receiving
    your booking request.
Q. Can I book over the
     phone/internet?
A. We do not accept requests over the
    phone, you can book via our website
    by using the online booking request
    form only. This is due to quality
    control and no exceptions can be
    made.
 
Q. Can I fax a booking
     request through?
A. No. We do not accept copies of
    vouchers and a fax would qualify as a
    copy. Therefore such a request would
    not be accepted.
 
Q. How do the vouchers
     work?
A. Each voucher is for 2 people for 2
    nights unless you are applying for a
    special offer. Therefore if you want to
    stay for example at Victoria Court
    Hotel for 4 nights, you will need to
    send 2 vouchers, as they are under a
    2 For 1 offer. If you choose Surfers
    Beach Resort, you would need 1
    voucher for 7 nights as their Special
    Offer is only for 7 night stays.
 
Q. I have children &/or
     additional persons to take
     with me. Can I still use
     this voucher?
A. Yes you can. However each property
    and each room will have a maximum
    occupancy, which means if you have
    more people than the maximum
    occupancy you will need to get
    another room. As each property is
    different we advise you send your
    voucher with the total number of
    people planning to travel and we will
    have to negotiate with the property
    the best option for you.
 
Q. Will additional guests cost
     me money?
A. Yes. Additional people are charged
    an additional rate the majority of the
    time unless otherwise stated.
    Regarding children, please advise of
    their ages as the property may
    charge less or may not charge a child
    at all. This is at the discretion of the
    property and therefore we cannot
    override their decision.
 
Q. How much extra will that
     cost me?
A. The cost varies from property to
    property and from one room to
    another. Generally the cost could be
    from $10 to $50 per additional
    person per night. Please note that
    this is for accommodation only and is
    totally at the hotels discretion.
 
Q. Can we stay for more
     than 2 nights in a row?
A. This varies amongst hotels and is
    subject to availability.
 
Q. Can I book two rooms for
     the one night?
A. No, all bookings must be for 2 people
    for a minimum of two consecutive
    nights sharing the same room.
 
Q. Can I call the hotel direct
     to make my booking?
A. No, you must post your booking
    request form directly to us. The
    Hotels will not accept any enquiries
    unless they are through our booking
    office. please note that contacting
    the hotels direct may render the
    vouchers void.
 
Q. What if my request is
     rejected, what happens
     next?
A. There will be times when a request
    will be rejected by our booking
    department based on the following
    reasons: incomplete voucher, illegible
    writing, wrong information given e.g.
    the property chosen offers a 2 For 1
    Offer but you are requesting a meal
    offer. In some cases it will be due to
    no availability and therefore a
    replacement voucher will be sent to
    you called a Rebooking Form, you can
    use this form to make an alternative
    booking.
